Mata Sundari Public School was founded in 1993 by Khalsa Education Society, Raipur (C.G.). This English Medium School is established in the fond memory of respected holy Mata Sundari ji, the wife of Shri Guru Govind Singji Maharaj, the tenth Guru of the sikh community. She was the mother of prince Ajit Singhji, who laid down his life for the country in the battle at Chamkaur Sahib.
