Lycaeum was established in 2013 as a small mentoring program to address the skill gap problem in engineering graduates and make them deployment ready. Over the last five years the programs from Lycaeum have successfully mentored 20+ students and placed them with various reputed companies in India. Using the learning of last five years in successfully working with students and reputed companies, we have reinvented Lycaeum to address the Skill Gap problem in engineering. enSkill is a technology platform designed for facilitating Lycaeum Skill Gap resolving programs and automated placement Platform which enriches & equip the students with industrial perspectives and ensures automated placement assistance for college, company & Students to make the right choice. Along with the automated placement System Enskill also serves as an all in one solution for the entire problem of a graduate.The Enskill upskilling program is categorized into 3 major parts Guidance,Mentoring and placement The Enskill Guidance program Guide and equip the students with industrial aspects which include different sessions to strengthen the candidate in career aspects.Sessions will be on weekends . The mentoring program is Lycaeum’s flagship project. Since 2013, the program has helped students to break into the industry. Designed as a finishing school, the mentoring program started as a three month course that has now expanded to a five month long program. Students are taken through progressively harder exercises and made familiar with various technologies required by the industry. The structure of the program is described below placement program is categorized in two ways. 1.After the mentoring program we assist and recommend the enskilled industry ready candidates to our associated companies or lycaeum itself may hire you. 2.Our automated placement system deployed in your college will assist you to get placed and it includes enormous supporting skill gap resolving materials.
