Karate is the oldest and most traditional form of self defence teaching strong basics, respect and good discipline. We have adapted these values into the Kids karate class to suit the younger student. If your child is 3 then he or she is ready to start training. Children are more secure with repetition so each class is generally the same format: Basic karate skills , kick, punch, block Fitness, flexibility and co-ordination exercises Easy self defence moves A game to end the class We train for 30 minutes:we have Branches @ Nungambakkam, Velachery, Anna Nagar, Perunkudi(OMR), K.K.Nagar,.....
